The donor horsebox is stripped down with new or refurbished parts fitted to brakes, coupling and electrics. The plywood/aluminium body is prepared and painted with primer and two coats of automotive paint. A support framework is fitted and 21mm air dried parallelogram ash weatherboarding is fitted all round and secured with marine grade stainless steel screws.
The base model electrics include a shore hook up connection with 16A circuit breaker and 240-12v transformer to run the internal LED lighting. Illustrated is an early version which includes the electrics pack option with integrated power station.
